Field Documentation
We will collect and verify firsthand testimonies and field evidence from affected regions in Darfur. This includes survivor accounts of the siege and fall of El Fasher in 2025, along with documentation of attacks on civilians and the destruction of infrastructure.
All material will be gathered through structured processes to ensure safe and ethical story collection.

Archival Preservation
The project includes the creation of a secure digital archive to store interviews, visual documentation, and verified records.
In conflict settings, evidence can disappear or be manipulated. This archive ensures that documentation is preserved independently and remains accessible for future justice and accountability processes

Production and Distribution
After field documentation, the material will undergo editing, translation, sound design, and final production to create a 30 to 40 minute documentary.
The film will be prepared for public release, community screenings, and advocacy use to ensure the record reaches both Darfuri communities and international audiences.

Producing a documentary rooted in verified testimony and secure documentation requires coordinated fieldwork, technical production, archival infrastructure, and sustained administrative support. Below is a transparent breakdown of projected costs for the full six-month project.
